High quality plain t-shirts

We use a practical 200 GSM cotton weight. This cotton weight is strong enough to handle rugged use yet still cool and comfortable to wear. An excellent choice for sport and outdoor use.

Pre-shrunk t-shirts made to last

We use pre-shrunk organic cotton for a comfortable to wear t-shirt. The cotton we use is restored to its natural state before sewn and pre-shrunk. This method gives the greatest resistance to shrinking and eliminates toque and twisting of fabric for lasting size retention.

High quality cotton for quality excellent printing results

We use combed cotton that is soft to wear and gives quality printing results. Our 200 GSM cotton is resistant to fraying and developing holes making it an excellent choice for active brands. We use 22 singles thread weight construction with premium stitching and straight finished seams. Our t-shirts are made to fit perfectly on the shoulder and side torso.

Strong stitching

Our high quality stitching ensures no frayed edges, even after washing. Our t-shirts also have a smooth and even neck ribbon that holds it shape after many uses.

They include a double stitched collar and shoulder hems. Side seams remain straight with no pulls.

COTTON DIEM blank t-shirts have been preshrunk to maintain shape. They have strict quality controls on their manufacturers to ensure their t-shirts are durable and maintain their shape. COTTON DIEM t-shirts have premium stitching and can handle machine washing (following washing label instructions).

Yes cotton t-shirts work well with Cricut. It's best to source a quality, organic cotton t-shirt with a GSM of 180-200.

A higher GSM of 180 GSM to 200 GSM generally works better for higher quality print finishes. This weight gives a strong and smoother surface to handle screen printing application.
